No-one likes making a claim but when the need arises, we want you to know that you’re in safe hands.
We always strive to ensure that making a claim is as straightforward and stress-free as possible and we always encourage our staff to deal with all our customers promptly and fairly.
Having been awarded Delegated Authority from most of our panel of insurers (this means the insurers have authorised Deacon to undertake certain tasks on their behalf such as assessing, authorising and paying claims), that we can act on their behalf to process and pay most claims without any undue delay.
In some cases, we may be able to assess your claim over the telephone assuming all the information we require is available to us.
To let us know about your claim, please call us on 01202 449 611. Our friendly team of Claims Advisors are always available between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
