New Business Account Executive
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide an unsurpassed insurance service, by:-
1) Exceeding new business targets from obtaining new business sales from both new and existing customers.
2) Cross sell complimentary products.
3) Adhere to Company service standards and underwriting guides.
4) Ensure Property Risk assessment procedures are met.
5) Maintain clear and concise information on each agent/client. Using tam at all times.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1) Successfully gain new business achieving 100% of New Business target or above from leads supplied or information given by telephone, letter and website.
2) Develop own sales skills to achieve conversion of 40%
3) Diaries dealt with within two days of receipt.
4) 100% re-quotes to be dealt with a month in advance.
5) Numeracy accuracy is above 95%.

Claims Negotiator
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To join an existing team of claims handlers dealing with property claims on a delegated authority (DA) basis and to contribute to the creation of a centre of excellence for property claims handling by:
1) Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
2) Ensuring all claims are managed efficiently, pro-actively and in a timely manner
3) Ensuring that service standards and company values are maintained at all times
4) Adhering to company compliance, service standards and underwriting guides
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Answering inbound claims telephone calls within the agreed company timescales
2) Deal with claims enquiries by telephone in an efficient and friendly manner, transferring the clients to the correct person where appropriate or providing help and advice, as appropriate
3) To assume personal responsibility for claims assessment and validation on a case-managed basis

Application Developer
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
1) To support live service of in-house and third- party applications within the Property & Commercial division of Barbon Insurance Group, primarily for Deacon
2) To design and develop solutions to provide additional reports and enhanced functionality
The role will be based in Bournemouth with travel to other Group sites to provide support, as required.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Database administration including backing up and , restoring data, security requirements, patching, upgrades etc.
2) Assist the business in the production of reports and import/export routines
3) Solution development and maintenance using VB.NET and SQL
4) Root cause analysis of reported issues and bug fixing
5) Adhere to company compliance, service standards and underwriting guides

1) Successfully retain existing clients to achieve100% of renewal target via telephone and written contact
2) Meet agreed Company service standards for telephone answering
4) Calculate renewals to an agreed schedule in advance of the renewal date and liaise with the client.
