We are please to announce that Deacon has won the first ever News On The Block magazine’s Block Insurer of the Year Award for 2009. This was in recognition of its excellent performance as regards customer service and satisfaction within the industry. Georgiana Hibberd, Associate Director for Residential of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, presented the Award to the company’s Head of Business, Penny Jepson and the Deacon team at the ceremony held in London in December.

We are delighted with this award, especially as we have seen significant growth over the past year.  In the entire 20 years we have specialised in insurance for blocks of flats, our goal has been to provide the best service within the industry. We have also been committed to adding value to our clients by providing a whole insurance solution, from administration to claims, as well as support with FSA compliance, training and finance.  This public recognition that we are meeting our goals makes us all very proud
