Four new Claims Handlers set to further increase efficiency for UK’s leading blocks of flats insurance specialist
With the recent addition of four new Claims Handlers to its in-house Claims Department, Bournemouth-based insurance specialist Deacon continues with its planned programme of growth and expansion - designed to further increase efficiency and strengthen customer service.
One of the UK’s leading blocks of flats insurance specialists and part of the Property & Commercial Division of Barbon Insurance Group, Deacon’s four newest employees all bring experience from the finance, insurance or customer service sectors.
Jennifer Allport worked for two years with Treasury Services/RDI Data Integrity at JP Morgan, following two years in customer service with insurance company, RIAS.
Naomi Baker spent four years at Towergate Risk Solutions, initially on the sales team as a Multiple Product Insurance Advisor, then for two years as an Insurance Service, Claims & Renewal Retainer in the household division.
With almost a decade’s experience in the finance and insurance sectors, Matthew Collier worked most recently in Renewals and Sales at Towergate Risk Solutions, while Greg De Mario’s job history includes roles in customer service with both Liverpool Victoria and Bournemouth Borough Council.
Commenting on the appointment of the four new employees, Claims Manager Matt Wyatt said: “All of the successful candidates underwent rigorous assessment and will continue to receive intensive on-going training at Deacon. This is all part of our strategy to increase efficiency and to improve upon our already enviable level of customer service.”
