Isn’t it always the way that when things go wrong, it’s without warning and outside office hours! Which is why Deacon's Home Emergency Assistance policy operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our emergency helpline will be ready to advise you on how to deal with the situation and, if needs be, an approved contractor will be on the way to help as quickly as possible. Wherever possible, permanent repairs will be made on the spot, with call-out charges, parts, labour and VAT all covered up to a total of £500 per incident. Also, there is no excess applicable and no limit to the number of times you can claim.
Deacon cover includes:
- Unforeseen roofing problems e.g. storm damage
- Leaking pipes and radiators
- Blocked drains
- Central heating or boiler failure
- Gas or electricity failure
- Broken windows or doors
