Deacon's property emergency assistance policy ensures that unforeseen emergencies can be dealt with immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This policy has been specially negotiated to cover common areas as well as individual flats in the event of an emergency or a failure of essential services. The whole block can be insured or just individual flats.

If something goes wrong, flat owners have immediate access to a 24-hour emergency help line; there is no need to lose valuable time contacting a managing agent first.

They will receive immediate advice on how to deal with the situation and, if appropriate, an approved contractor will be dispatched to assist. Wherever possible, permanent repairs will be made on the spot, with call-out charges, parts, labour and VAT all covered up to a total of £250 per incident.
